Co. KG on 15 November 2012 in accordance with section 21 (1) of the German
Securities Trading Act (WpHG):
The share of the voting rights held by Fielmann INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG in
Fielmann Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the threshold of 20% and the threshold of
25% on 12 November 2012 and now amounts to 26.48% (11,123,420 voting rights).
Please note that:
The crossing of the thresholds is based on a transfer of shares from the
Fielmann Family Foundation to Fielmann INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG. The share of
the voting rights held by the Fielmann Family Foundation has not changed as a
result, since the shares being transferred in accordance with section 22 (1)
clause 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) continue to be apportioned
to it.
