Familienstiftung in Fielmann Aktiengesellschaft, wich belongs to fielmann
INTER-OPTIK GmbH & Co. KG, fell below the thresholds of 50%, 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%,
10%, 5% and 3% and is currently zero.
N.B.: The shares attributable to Mr Günther Fielmann under the terms of § 22
para. 1 section 1 WpHG shall remain unaffected by the above assignment. For more
