in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen below the threshold of 3%

14.01.2013 and amounts to 1.84% (607,265 voting rights)on that day.
All of these voting rights are attributable to Henderson Group Plc pursuant to
Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.

(holdings) Plc, London, United Kingdom, has informed us that the percentage
holding of the voting rights in Wincor Nixdorf AG, Paderborn, Germany has fallen
below the threshold of 3% on 14.01.2013 and amounts to 1.84% (607,265 voting
rights) on that day.
