a)On 26 July 2011, the voting rights of the companies listed under 1. to 17. above in each case have exceeded the thresholds of 3 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %, 20 %, 25 %, 30 %, 50 % and 75 % of the voting rights of Versatel AG, Berlin, Germany and in each case amount to 93.86 % (41,297,669 voting rights) on that day.

b)The afore mentioned 93.86 % (41,297,669 voting rights) are attributed to each of the companies listed under 1. to 16. above pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
