ELS Declares Second Quarter Dividend

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (NYSE:ELS) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.25 per share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 10, 2009 to shareholders of record on June 26, 2009.
