IDT Corporation (NYSE: IDT; IDT.C) filed its Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission yesterday, October 14, 2008.

Form 10-K includes an annual report of IDT's businesses, audited financial statements for the 2008 fiscal year, a discussion by management regarding financial results for the 2008 fiscal year, as well as other items.
