Implant Sciences Appoints Phillip Thomas as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Thomas as Chairman of the Board of Directors. At the Company’s 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on December 12, 2007, the Company’s shareholders elected Mr. Thomas and Mr. Joseph Levangie as directors, and re-elected Dr. Michael Szycher, Mr. David Eisenhaure and Mr. Michael Turmelle as directors.
