Horizon Air is offering a special $119 one-way fare for flights between
Seattle and Portland in response to the anticipated closure of
Interstate 5 in parts of Southwest Washington.
"We understand a number of people are in a difficult position due to the
likely closure of I-5,” said Dan Russo, Horizon’s vice president of

by 7 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Jan. 7 for travel through Saturday, Jan. 10.
