Natuzzi S.p.A. Files Form 20-F for FY 2008 with SEC

Natuzzi S.p.A. (NYSE: NTZ) (the "Company”) announced today that it has filed with the SEC its annual report for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2008 on Form 20-F (the "20-F”).

The 20-F is available on the Company’s website www.natuzzi.com in the Investor Relation section, the Annual Report section, or in the SEC filings section.
