Schilling Robotics, LLC, experts in subsea control systems, announced
today the resignation of Philip F. Otto as chief executive officer.
During Mr. Otto’s tenure, the company made key additions to the
management team, improved the company’s infrastructure, and secured a
substantial investment by FMC Technologies, all of which have positioned
Schilling Robotics for continued success in the subsea industry.
Tyler Schilling, founder and chairman, was appointed to the position of
president and chief executive officer. "Phil did a wonderful job in
helping our company execute on a range of key objectives. With the
combination of our strong senior management team and our partnership
with FMC Technologies, I am confident that we will provide our customers
with the best available products and services in our industry,” says Mr.
Schilling.
