Pomeroy IT Announces Retirement of David Pomeroy as Chairman; Pomeroy to Continue as Director

Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:PMRY) today announced that David
Pomeroy, its founder, director, and chairman of the board, is retiring
his chairmanship position. He will remain on the board as a director of
the Company and the Company expects to elect a new chairperson at the
next Board meeting.
"I’m committed to playing an active role
as director,” said David Pomeroy. "But
I can no longer devote the time that the chairmanship responsibility
requires.”
Mr. Pomeroy lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he oversees his real
estate investment business, Pomeroy Investments, which holds a portfolio
of properties in a number of states including property leased by the
Company in Hebron, Kentucky. Mr. Pomeroy retired as chief executive
officer of the Company in 2004 and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona.
