Pomeroy IT Solutions Announces Kristi P. Nelson as Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Pomeroy IT Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ:PMRY) a technology and
services solution provider, today announced that Kristi Nelson has
joined the company as Senior Vice President –
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and will oversee the Contract
Services Department. Ms. Nelson previously worked for Pomeroy from
1998-2006 as Vice President and Legal Counsel. "Ms.
Nelson contributed much to the company’s
success during that time, and it’s great to
have her back with us as a member of the Pomeroy family,”

Ms. Nelson obtained her BA from Arizona State University in Tempe,
Arizona, and received her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law
in Highland Heights, Kentucky.
