Quick-Med Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: QMDT) ("QMT” or the "Company”) is pleased to announce that it has signed a patent license agreement with the University of Michigan ("U-M”) that significantly expands the Company’s MultiStat™ technology – its patented family of compounds for the cosmetic treatment of skin conditions, including chronological aging and photo-aging. The license grants QMT the exclusive right to commercialize important U-M patents in the field of cosmetic products. The Company has been commercializing its MultiStat technology through an exclusive distribution agreement with BASF Corporation. Under the agreement, performance ingredients based on the Company’s patented compounds are formulated and sold to the cosmetics industry. "These patents significantly extend our patent estate in the cosmetics arena,” stated Michael R. Granito, Chairman of Quick-Med Technologies, Inc. "Exclusive rights should give us the ability to strengthen our position in the market,” Mr. Granito added. The Company owns exclusive rights for topical use of the MultiStat compounds for cosmetic and military applications, but previously had non-exclusive patent rights for use of U-M patents in the anti-aging cosmetic arena. The agreement covers the exclusive rights to seven (7) U.S. and numerous foreign patents in cosmetics applications. About MultiStat™ MultiStat is a family of advanced, patented compounds and methods that have shown in numerous academic studies significant benefit in promoting the appearance and maintenance of skin. Was halten Sie von nutzergenerierten Chartanalysen auf finanzen.net?
Ich würde liebend gerne mein Wissen über Chartanalyse dem Publikum von finanzen.net zur Verfügung stellen.
Ich kenne mich bei Chartanalyse nicht so gut aus, halte nutzergenerierte Chartanalysen aber für einen echten Mehrwert.
Ich halte nichts von den Methoden der Chartanalyse und habe deshalb auch kein Interesse an nutzergenerierten Analysen.
