Contributor – 2008” by Henkel’s Laundry and Home Care business. The
award was made by Thomas Müller-Kirschbaum, Corporate Senior Vice
President for R&D, Technology and Supply Chain within Henkel's Laundry &
Home Care business sector. The award was given for breakthrough
technology for automatic
dishwashing detergents.
Rohm and Haas developed a new, super-efficient dispersant based on
polyacrylic technology that allowed Henkel to reformulate its automatic
dishwashing detergents and offer new features for its products. Ian
Burke, Global Business Manager for Rohm and Haas’s Primary Materials
business, says, "It is quite gratifying to be engaged with a valued
