SCANA to Host Analyst Day at V.C. Summer Nuclear Station

SCANA Corporation (NYSE:SCG) announced today that it will conduct an Analyst Day for the financial community on Thursday, April 2, 2009, at its V.C. Summer Nuclear Station site near Jenkinsville, South Carolina. SCANA’s management team will discuss the Company’s financials, recent regulatory activity and give an update on their nuclear plans.

The presentation will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern Time and is expected to last approximately four hours. Currently scheduled presenters at the event include:

• Steve Byrne – Senior VP Generation & Chief Nuclear Officer, SCANA
