SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) today reported that its Board of
Directors has declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock for
the quarter ending June 30, 2009. The dividend is payable on July 15,
2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2009.
The Board of Directors also declared the regular quarterly dividends on
the Company's Series C and D Preferred Stock for the period April 15,
2009 through and including July 14, 2009, of $0.4766 and $0.4922 per
share, respectively, which are the equivalent of annualized dividends of
$1.9064 and $1.9688, respectively. Dividends are payable July 15, 2009
to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2009.
