G2E Asia Gaming Expo being held in Macau on June 3-4, 2009. Product
demonstrations will be available at stand 903. In addition to showcasing
well-established products including two of the Company’s Rapid Table
Games products, its Pink Panther electronic gaming machine link and
several of its automatic shufflers and proprietary table games, the
exhibit will highlight several products developed specifically for the
Asian market, including the following:

worldwide, Shuffle Master’s Table Master e-Table platform features an
attractive video dealer, five player positions and a wide range of
table game content. Developed specifically for the Asian market, Table
Master Baccarat nearly doubles the number of hands played per hour and
ensures a secure and accurate game.

Vegas Star® Mini Dice™. Combining the excitement of a live dice
game with the convenience of an electronic multi-terminal game, Mini
Dice players use their personal touch screens to throw the electronic
dice and have access to enhanced displays and up to nine betting
options.

East West Fortune™. A fast and easy table game to understand
and play in which players wager on the three card poker hand he or she
thinks will have a higher rank, East West Fortune also features an
optional Bonus bet that pays odds as high as 40 to 1.
The exhibit will also highlight several additional products, including
