(NASDAQ: STFC) declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per
share, payable September 30, 2009, to shareholders of record at the
close of business on September 14, 2009. This is the 73rd consecutive
quarterly cash dividend declared by the company’s board since STFC had
