The 2009 Teradyne
Users Group (TUG) Conference will be held May 5-7. In consideration
of the current economic climate, the TUG Steering Committee is reducing
costs by inviting Semiconductor
Test Program
attendees to
participate via the Web. The Defense
& Aerospace Program will be held in the traditional face-to-face
manner at Teradyne’s
headquarters in North Reading, MA.
TUG continues its 26-year tradition of quality knowledge exchange
between customers and Teradyne technical experts. This year’s conference
will be available at a reduced rate.
The program for the 2009 TUG Conference is available at the TUG
Web site, where customers can review the technical offerings and
register online for the conference. Attendees must register by May 1.
"The 2009 Steering Committee is excited about the workshops,
presentations and technical papers being offered this year,” said Johnny
Steck, senior test engineer, Texas Instruments and TUG 2009 chair.
"Through the use of the Internet, we are able to bring TUG to users
around the world and in the comfort of their own location. We hope this
allows users who wouldn’t normally be able to attend to participate and
see the value that TUG offers.”

About TUG
The Teradyne
Users Group (TUG) was started in 1983 by Teradyne customers as a way
to share knowledge through technical papers, poster sessions and
tutorials that present the latest in test technology. The event is open
to all licensed users of Teradyne's test systems and software products
and is held each year at rotating locations within the United States.
TUG is managed by an annually elected steering committee of Teradyne
users and Teradyne appointed delegates.
