Joseph Morini, Regional Vice President, East Region of North America – Mr. Morini is a security industry veteran
with significant senior management experience. He was previously head of
Eastern operations for Websense, where he led significant revenue growth
over five years through channel partners. Prior to that, he was vice
president of the Mid-Atlantic region for Electronic Data Systems. As the

in the company’s growth.
Thomas Keane, Regional Vice President, Central Region of North
America – Mr. Keane is a seasoned senior
manager with deep industry knowledge and experience working with channel
partners throughout the U.S. and Canada. Prior to his appointment, he

Central Region of North America, he will play a critical role in growing
the company’s customer base and distribution
channels in both the U.S. and Canada.
Bob Booth, Regional Vice President, Latin America & Caribbean –
Mr. Booth joins Tumbleweed with more than 20 years of experience. Most
recently, he served as regional director, Latin America, for Check Point
Software Technologies, a security leader. In his tenure, he led
significant growth in Latin American revenues, establishing distribution
channels and sales teams throughout the region, with subsidiaries in
Brazil and Mexico. In his new role with Tumbleweed, Mr. Booth will
leverage his previous success with responsibility for overall company
operations in Latin America & Caribbean.
Mr. Morini and Mr. Keane will report to Jim Cumella, vice president of
the North America Sales at Tumbleweed, while Mr. Booth will report to
Nick Hulse, executive vice president of Worldwide Field Operations at
Tumbleweed.
"Each of these professionals brings deep
expertise, proven results-driven performance and exceptional business
acumen – I anticipate that their collective
talents will help take our company to a whole new level,”
said Hulse. "I fully expect their
appointments to facilitate rapid growth in our customer, channel and
partner base. Further, I am delighted by our investment in Latin
America, as I believe that region of the world is ripe for Tumbleweed’s
strong and differentiated products – I’ve
no doubt that Bob will have immediate impact expanding our presence.” SAFE HARBOR STATEMENT
