Tumbleweed Names Jorge Rodriguez Senior Vice President of Product Development

Tumbleweed Communications zu myNews hinzufügen Was ist das?

Tumbleweed® Communications Corp. (NASDAQ:TMWD), an industry leader in managed file transfer and content security, today announced that Jorge Rodriguez has joined the company as senior vice president of product development. In this position, Rodriguez will oversee day-to-day engineering operations while playing a hands-on role in delivering on the company’s product vision and roadmap. Mr. Rodriguez will report to Tumbleweed CEO James Scullion. "Jorge is a seasoned engineering executive with a solid track record for bringing new products to market and managing profitable, proven enterprise software lines,” said Scullion. "The timing of his appointment is perfect – our vision and strategy for our products has never been stronger, and Jorge’s combined leadership, operational and technical capabilities will provide our exceptional engineering team with the strategic focus needed to rapidly execute. I am delighted to welcome him to the team.” With more than 18 years of experience, Mr. Rodriguez has a track record of effectively managing multi-location engineering organizations and delivering enterprise products to market. Prior to Tumbleweed, Mr. Rodriguez served as vice president of engineering in several divisions at Borland Software Corporation – most recently overseeing the LifeCycle Quality Management Products Group & Engineering Services. During his tenure at Borland, he was responsible for spearheading the implementation of Agile Development Methodologies that created a culture of "production engineering.” Before Borland, he served in a number of strategic roles including vice president of research and development at Highlander Engineering (acquired by Borland Software), and senior engineering roles at both Nortel Networks and Siemens Information and Communication Networks. "We are seeing a strategic evolution of our company and our engineering team, first with our move to an Agile Development Methodology earlier this year, and now with the appointment of Jorge – this one-two punch will fuel product development at Tumbleweed,” said Tumbleweed Chief Technology Officer Taher Elgamal. "Our engineering team is now in a position to execute with greater speed, agility and precision than ever before, and Jorge’s oversight of day-to-day engineering operations will enable me to continue to deepen my focus on company initiatives aligned with our vision and strategy.” Mr. Rodriguez commences at Tumbleweed today, Monday December 17th. He has a BS in computer science from University of South Florida, College of Engineering. Was halten Sie von nutzergenerierten Chartanalysen auf finanzen.net?
Ich würde liebend gerne mein Wissen über Chartanalyse dem Publikum von finanzen.net zur Verfügung stellen.
Ich kenne mich bei Chartanalyse nicht so gut aus, halte nutzergenerierte Chartanalysen aber für einen echten Mehrwert.
Ich halte nichts von den Methoden der Chartanalyse und habe deshalb auch kein Interesse an nutzergenerierten Analysen.
