UDR Announces Dates for First Quarter 2009 Earnings Release and Conference Call

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) announced today that it will release its first quarter 2009 financial results on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, after the market close. A conference call will be held the following day, Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The conference call will be open to the public.

During the conference call, company officers will review first quarter performance, discuss their outlook for 2009, and conduct a question-and-answer period. The Q&A period will be limited to registered financial analysts. All other participants will have listen-only capability.
