Warnaco Announces Resignation of Roger Williams

The Warnaco Group, Inc. [NASDAQ:WRNC] today announced the resignation of Roger Williams as Group President, Swimwear, citing personal reasons. The Company has initiated a search for a new Group President, Swimwear. Until a new Group President is appointed, Sherry Waterson, President of Speedo, and Paula Schneider, President of Designer Swimwear, will report directly to Joe Gromek, Warnaco’s President and CEO.
