Wolters Kluwer Financial Services announced today that it has been
selected by the International Securities Exchange (ISE), the world’s
largest equity options trading venue, to publish ISE rules online
through its CCH Wall Street Compliance Resource Network (CRN) and
Wolters Kluwer Law & Business’ Internet
Research Network (IRN).
Through this new relationship, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’
customers will be able to conveniently access ISE rules, along with
those of many other exchanges, on a single platform. For more than 40
years, exchanges have partnered with Wolters Kluwer Financial Services
to provide access to the latest industry rules. With the addition of the
ISE, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ full
library includes federal and state securities regulations, plus rules of
the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), New York Stock
Exchange (NYSE), Financial Services Authority (FSA), American Stock
Exchange (Amex), NYSE Arca, Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and
Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX).
"Not only are financial professionals able to
find the most up-to-date ISE rules in a consistent format, but because
Wolters Kluwer Financial Services hosts rules for nearly every exchange
online, all of the rules are cross-searchable,”
said Peter Berkery, vice president and general manager of Securities
Compliance Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services. "This
is a very valuable feature for individuals who want to compare and
contrast rules across the different exchanges.”
Berkery noted that regulatory intelligence is a critical component in
helping the financial community meet industry guidelines and minimize
risk.
"By adding the ISE rules to the CRN and IRN,
we are helping meet the growing demand for global financial products and
services,” he said.

innovative technology and market structure. ISE's markets portfolio
consists of an options exchange and a stock exchange. As the world's
