Xyratex Completes Acquisition of Key Assets From ARIO Data Networks

Xyratex Ltd. (NASDAQ:XRTX) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of key assets from ARIO Data Networks. Under the terms of the agreement, Xyratex acquired intellectual property, capital assets and skilled resources.
