Aurora Diagnostics, LLC -- Moody's changes Aurora Diagnostics' rating outlook to negative; downgrades SGL to SGL-3; B2 CFR affirmed
New York, December 18, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service changed the rating outlook of Aurora Diagnostics Holdings, LLC and Aurora Diagnostics, LLC (collectively Aurora) to negative from stable. Moody's also downgraded Aurora's Speculative Grade Liquidity Rating to SGL-3 from SGL-2. Concurrently, Moody's affirmed Aurora's other ratings, including the B2 Corporate Family and Probability of Default Ratings.
