New York, February 05, 2013 -- Moody's is removing the underlying rating on the NYSARC, Inc., Insured Revenue Bonds, Series 2004A, NYSARC, Inc., Insured Revenue Bonds, Series 2005A and NYSARC, Inc., Insured Revenue Bonds (Variable Interest Rate Bonds), Series 2007B to reflect the fact that Moody's had not assigned an underlying rating to these series of bonds.
