New York, December 17, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service has corrected the rating on Eagle County School District RE-50J, Colorado General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series 2009 to Aa2 from Aa3. On May 1, 2010, the Aa3 municipal scale rating on the bonds was incorrectly maintained at Aa3 on the global rating scale. At that time, according to Moody's algorithm for general obligation bonds of local governments, the correct global scale rating would have been Aa2.
