New York, December 27, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service assigned an Aaa-mf money market fund rating to the Fidelity Institutional Money Market Funds: Treasury Only Portfolio, one of the funds of Fidelity Colchester Street Trust (the fund). The rating reflects the $8.9 billion (as of November 30, 2012) fund's strong credit and portfolio stability profiles, including significant levels of overnight liquidity and resilience to market risk.
