MC Funding Ltd. -- Moody's: MC Funding Ltd. ratings unaffected by revisions to Weighted Average Life Test
New York, January 24, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that the entry by MC Funding Ltd. (the "Issuer") into a supplement to the Indenture among the Issuer, MC Funding 2006-1 LLC, as Co-Issuer and U.S Bank National Association as Trustee, dated as of January 24, 2013 (the "Supplemental Indenture No. 3") and performance of the activities contemplated therein will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the current Moody's rating or ratings of the Notes issued by the Issuer to be reduced, withdrawn or downgraded (and no other adverse action with respect to such rating or ratings will be taken). Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether Supplemental Indenture No. 3 could have effects other than with regard to the current ratings that investors may not view as favorable.
