Moody's determines no negative rating impact on EuroProp (EMC VI) S.A. following the downgrade of Citibank N.A., London
London, 18 December 2012 -- Moody's has determined that the proposed action of the Issuer, described below (the "Proposal") in relation to the Issuer Bank Agreement will not, if implemented, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the current ratings of the Class A, B and C Notes issued by EuroProp (EMC VI) S.A. (the "Issuer"). Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Proposal may be considered to have negative effects in any other respect.
