Sydney, December 19, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed the B3 senior secured rating and Caa2 subordinated rating of Reliance Rail Finance Pty Ltd (Reliance Rail). At the same time, the outlook on the ratings has been revised to positive from developing.
