New York, February 05, 2013 -- Moody's says that Tupperware Brand's announcement on 29 January that its board of directors had approved a series of more aggressive financial policies is a credit negative, but is not likely to result in a downgrade of its Baa3 senior unsecured credit rating and/or stable outlook.
