Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC), New York, USA, of voting rights in Fraport AG, Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has increased above the 3 percent threshold and that it currently is imputed to hold 3,02 percent of the voting rights in this company (2,772,990 out of 91,669,404 outstanding voting shares). These voting rights are attributed to Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Holdings, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 (1) sentence 2 and Section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 Securities Trading Act.

Bleichroeder Advisors, LLC, New York, USA, hereby informs you pursuant to Section 21 (1), 24 Securities Trading Act that on June 30, 2008, our shareholding in Fraport AG, Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide, 60547 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, has increased above the 3 percent threshold and amounts to 3,02 percent of the voting rights (2,772,990 out of the 91,669,404 outstanding voting shares).
