According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that Bear Stearns Holdings Limited exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting rights of Neschen AG, Hans-Neschen-Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg on the 14th May 2007. Its holdings amounted to 5.71% (500,000 shares) of all the voting shares. The attribution of the voting rights to Bear Stearns Holdings Limited was according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and resulted from acquisitions by its immediate subsidiary, Bear, Stearns International Limited, UK.
According to § 21 para 1 WpHG this is to inform you that Bear Stearns Holdings Limited exceeded the thresholds of 10% of the voting rights of Neschen AG, Hans-Neschen-Str. 1, 31675 Bückeburg on the 15th June 2007. Its holdings amounted to 14.96% (1,962,879 shares) of all the voting shares. The attribution of the voting rights to Bear Stearns Holdings Limited was according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and resulted from acquisitions by its immediate subsidiary, Bear, Stearns International Limited, UK.
