Die Martifer Gruppe hat uns nachfolgende Mitteilungen nach § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG übermittelt:

In our own name and in the name and on behalf of the persons and corporations listed hereinafter, we hereby notify you of the voting rights held by these persons and corporations.

1. We hereby notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 12 April 2007 Martifer SGPS, S.A., Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower-Systems AG, Hamburg, Germany (?REpower?) and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26% of the voting rights in REpower, are attributed to Martifer SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through Martifer Energy Systems, SGPS, S.A., Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, which is controlled by Martifer SGPS, S.A.

2. We further notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A., Oporto, Portugal, that on 12 April 2007 Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights are attributed to Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through Martifer SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26% of the voting rights in REpower, are also held through Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.

3. We further notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A., Oporto, Portugal, that on 12 April 2007 Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights are attributed to Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following companies, which are within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A.: - Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.; and - Martifer SGPS, S.A. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26% of the voting rights in REpower, are also held through Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A.

We further notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A., Oporto, Portugal, that on 12 April 2007 F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights are attributed to F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following companies, which are within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A.: - Mota GESTÃO E PARTICIPAÇÕES, SGPS, S.A.; - Mota-Engil, SGPS, S.A.; and - Martifer SGPS., S.A. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26% of the voting rights in REpower, are also held through Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A.

We further notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota, Oporto, Portugal, that on 12 April 2007 Mr. António Manuel Queirós Vasconcelos da Mota has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights are attributed to Ms. Maria Manuela Queirós Vasconcelos Mota pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following companies, which are within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Ms. Maria Manuela Queirós Vasconcelos Mota: - F.M. - SOCIEDADE DE CONTROLO, SGPS, S.A.;

We further notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós Vasconcelos Mota, Portugal, that on 12 April 2007 Ms. Maria Teresa Queirós Vasconcelos Mota has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. We further notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of MTO SGPS, S.A., Oliveira de Frades, Portugal, that on 12 April 2007 MTO SGPS, S.A. has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights are attributed to MTO SGPS, S.A. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through Martifer SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by MTO SGPS, S.A. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26% of the voting rights in REpower, are also held through Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by MTO SGPS, S.A.

We further notify you in accordance with Section 21 para. 1 WpHG in the name and on behalf of Mr. Carlos Martins, Portugal, that on 12 April 2007 Mr. Carlos Martins has fallen below the threshold of 25% of the voting rights in REpower and held 2,060,788 voting rights in REpower corresponding to 23.08% of the voting rights in REpower on that day. All of these voting rights are attributed to Mr. Carlos Martins pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following companies which are within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Mr. Carlos Martins: - MTO SGPS, S.A.; and

All of these voting rights are attributed to Dr. Jorge Martins pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG and are held through the following companies which are within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Dr. Jorge Martins: - MTO SGPS, S.A.; and - Martifer SGPS, S.A. 1,541,118 voting rights thereof, corresponding to 17.26% of the voting rights in REpower, are also held through Martifer Energy Systems SGPS, S.A., which is within the meaning of Section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1, para. 3 of the German Securities Trading Act controlled by Dr. Jorge Martins."
