In accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG we have received on 4 July 2008 the following announcements from Lloyds TSB Group Ops, Haywards Heath/United Kingdom:
1. On 12 October 2007 Scottish Widows Plc, Edinburgh/United Kingdom, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Group Plc, has fallen below the 3% threshold and now has a notifiable interest in 608,445 shares of Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany. This equates to 2.871% of the issued share capital. This is worked out on a share capital of 21,192,130 shares.
2. On 12 October 2007 Lloyds TSB Group Plc, Edinburgh/United Kingdom, has fallen below 3% threshold and now has a notifiable interest in 608,445 shares of Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany. This equates to 2.871% of the issued share capital. This is worked out on a share capital of 21,192,130 shares. 2.871% (608,445 shares) voting rights are attributed to Lloyds TSB Group Plc pursuant to sec. 22, para 1, sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG through Scottish Widows Plc.
