Publicaton pursuant to § 26 of the WpHG

Fidelity Investments International, Hildenborough, Kent, England, notified us pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on April 28, 2008 their voting rights in freenet AG fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, this company held 2,79% in relation to all voting rights in freenet AG (votings rights arising from 2.684.526 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).

All such voting rights are attributed to Fidelity Investments International pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. FIL Limited, Hamilton HMCX, Bermuda, notified us pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on April 28, 2008 their voting rights in freenet AG fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, this company held 2,79% in relation to all voting rights in freenet AG (votings rights arising from 2.684.526 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)).
