Becker Pumps Corp. Introduces Their New State of the Art OnLine Shop for Parts and Accessories

DRUCKEN

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio, May 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Becker Pumps Corp. recently announced the launch of their new, state of the art, Online Shop for buying replacement parts and pump accessories. The new e-commerce store gives customers the ability to purchase Becker Genuine Parts and accessories 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online. All parts are guaranteed to be only Becker Genuine Parts. The store offers over 5,000 Becker OEM replacement parts engineered to maintain the life of Becker vacuum pumps and compressors.

Becker is the first pump manufacturer to develop an online shop and is able to offer shipping within 1 day after receipt of order. Customers can now take advantage of multiple ways of ordering parts either online or calling Becker's inside sales team. The online store allows customers the ability to order what they need outside of normal business hours.

This announcement by Becker of the successful introduction of the new online shop is of particular significance to all end users but especially West coast customers where normal business hours extend past East coast business hours. Another feature is that all parts are mated with the particular pump for which they are intended with visual depictions of the most popular items to help customers identify unknown part numbers.

As Managing Director of Becker Pumps USA, Jason Rathbun recently stated "With the advent of our new online shop, we now offer customers the advantage of our simple, secure login to make ordering parts as easy as possible. At Becker, we're always striving to improve the ordering process to be as hassle-free and as fast as possible to satisfy our customer's needs. There are now more options available to place orders so Becker can ensure that our customers are guaranteed to get only Becker Genuine Parts."

Darin Ladd, National Sales Manager for Becker Pumps added, "We at Becker pride ourselves in listening to our customers. After some great feedback, we needed to find another way to better serve them in the future and decided to create the online shop. I believe that this shop will be of particular interest to Becker pump owners on the west coast. Now orders can be placed after our office in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is closed and still get what they need in a timely manner limiting any maintenance downtime."
