(TSX: ECN) ("ECN Capital" or "the Company") announced today that it has rescheduled its earnings results announcement and earnings call for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2025. The Company now intends to file its financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the three- and nine-month periods ended September 30, 2025 before markets open on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
