Rocket Matter Announces Major New "Winterfell" Release with Business Intelligence Module, Configurable Dashboards, and More

DRUCKEN

BOCA RATON, Fla., March 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The pioneering cloud-based legal practice management software, Rocket Matter, today announces their Winterfell release. Winterfell includes powerful new functionality, including a Business Intelligence (BI) module, customizable dashboards, and significant upgrades to Rocket Matter's core feature set.

"With Winterfell, we want to give law firms powerful weapons against the undead monsters and dragons that plague them," says Larry Port, CEO of Rocket Matter. "Our BI module enables firms to build any report they wish to see, a stark contrast to what our cloud-based competition offers. Our customizable matter dashboards allow lawyers to personalize their practice management experience. And our performance improvements and feature facelifts all combine for one gigantic mountain of a release."

Rocket Matter Business Intelligence
Rocket Matter's BI module allows law firms to design their own queries across matters, activities, contacts, and billable information. Law firm managing partners, CIOs, COOs, and others requiring deep insights can add sums, averages, and other calculations to reports and arrange data into custom groups. An easy-to-use drag-and-drop (or as we call it, "dragon drop") interface allows easy column selection, filter creation, and report saving.

"The Rocket Matter Business Intelligence module allows firms to see what they are truly interested in seeing," says Port. "Our out-of-the-box reports already provide tremendous insight, but with the BI tool, legal executives can leverage Rocket Matter to understand their core business in whichever way they see fit."

Customizable Matter Dashboards
Further customization is available for matter dashboards, allowing attorneys to tailor their view of information about their cases. Dashboard widgets can be rearranged based on attorney preference and priority.

Application Upgrades
With each major release, Rocket Matter takes the opportunity to revisit and improve existing functionality. Included in Winterfell is an overhaul of the contact record page and improvements to document storage that allows for previews without having to download and open documents. Additionally, in an upgrade to Rocket Matter Payments, a client's credit card and/or ACH information can be kept on file to further reduce receivables.

Rocket Matter's email integration also improved with a sophisticated delivery report, which enables lawyers to track emails generated from the system. With the new feature, legal professionals can resend emails, edit them, and change recipients.

And as usual in a major Rocket Matter release, Winterfell includes significant performance optimizations. In this upgrade, Rocket Matter engineers dramatically shrunk the application's browser memory usage and reduced initial page load times.

ABOUT ROCKET MATTER
Rocket Matter helps law firms offer better client service and also increase revenues by more than 20%. The company was the first cloud-based legal practice management software on the market, landing its first client in 2007. It has been a leader ever since.

Rocket Matter has the most powerful, easy-to-use time and billing software in the industry. Also, when law firms want to make more money, go paperless, or increase confidence in their trust accounting, Rocket Matter helps them achieve those goals. With award-winning customer service based in the United States, it's no wonder thousands of law firms swear by Rocket Matter.
