DRUCKEN

HOUSTON, Nov. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Wallis State Bank, a full-service community bank based in Texas, has announced a major rebranding to reflect the company's recent nationwide expansion. The comprehensive rebrand will include an updated logo, website refresh and new company name: Wallis Bank.

Wallis Bank offers a unique and personalized banking experience that rebranding efforts will showcase to both existing and potential clientele. As the rebranding is underway, the Company will continue to offer all existing banking services to its customers, continuing to deliver exceptional financial products and services.

Asif Dakri, Chief Executive Officer at Wallis Bank, stated, "As a company, we've hit an inflection point. While we still have our roots in the small town of Wallis, Texas, we are now an established, commercially focused bank. Over the last thirty years, we've expanded into several metropolitan areas in the cities of Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Los Angeles, and Atlanta. It is more important than ever to establish our image and let people know who Wallis Bank is and the unparalleled value of our banking services."

The new logo features a bank vault to symbolize growth and security, while the new company name, Wallis Bank, is a natural transition, capturing the tone of recent interstate expansion. The updated website will highlight a new, contemporary design catered toward entrepreneurs, mid-size businesses, and consumers, all audiences Wallis Bank specializes in helping. In addition, Wallis Bank will be upgrading its internet services to provide an elevated online banking experience for all customers.

While the appearance of Wallis Bank will be changing, Dakri emphasizes that the company's deeply rooted values of integrity, honesty, and professionalism will remain the same. "We've been offering personalized service since 1906, and our mission to provide financial services that are unsurpassed in customer satisfaction will not change," Dakri said. "We are still the same trustworthy banking partner, with the same commitment to our customers and the same commitment to our communities."
