Aura Appoints William Lundregan Chief Legal Officer and Jeff Belanger Chief People Officer

BOSTON, May 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Aura, the leading AI-powered online safety solution for individuals and families, today announced the appointments of two new members of its senior leadership team. William Lundregan joins as Aura's Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Jeff Belanger as the company's Chief People Officer (CPO). Lundregan will report directly to Hari Ravichandran, Aura's founder and chief executive officer (CEO). Belanger will report to Thomas Clayton, Aura's chief operating officer (COO) and president.

Lundregan will manage the company's legal and regulatory strategy, ensuring compliance and risk management as Aura continues to scale its operations. As CPO, Belanger will lead Aura's people strategy and operations, helping to align the company's growth with a strong performance culture and operational excellence.

Lundregan joins Aura from Finalsite, a leading SaaS provider in the education sector. He previously served as Chief Legal Officer at Starry, a high-growth technology company transforming consumer internet service, and held a senior leadership role at Esselte, a private-equity-owned B2B manufacturer. Earlier in his career, he worked at Skadden. Lundregan is a graduate of Boston College Law School, where he earned his J.D., and the Boston College Carroll School of Management, where he earned an MBA.

Belanger brings over 25 years of experience in scaling operations, driving development and building high-performing, inclusive organizations. He has led global teams across high-growth, private equity-backed and public companies, and has held senior HR and operations leadership roles at technology firms including Semarchy, Buildium, SEMrush and Pandora. In addition to his executive roles, Belanger serves as a strategic advisor to emerging technology companies such as AceUp and CultureHQ. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from St. John Fisher University.
