  • Preclinical research in rats demonstrated a powerful positive disease-modifying effect, showing a 73% reduction in inflammation and a 65% reduction in cartilage degeneration.

  • Clinical trials of dogs with mild to severe arthritis demonstrated up to one year of continued pain relief and joint improvement with no active tin-117m remaining in the joint, providing evidence that further supports an OA disease-focused mechanism of action similar to that seen in rodent models.1-4,6-8
