VDA DEVELOPMENT SECURES $30.5 MILLION CONSTRUCTION LOAN FOR ORIGIN RESIDENCES BY ARTEFACTO IN BAY HARBOR ISLANDS

MIAMI, July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- VDA Origin, the Chilean real estate development firm behind Origin Residences by Artefacto, has secured a $30.5 million construction loan from New York-based S3 Capital to advance the development of its exclusive 27-residence luxury condominium in Bay Harbor Islands. The milestone marks a significant step forward for what will be the first-ever condominium branded and furnished by acclaimed Brazilian design house, Artefacto.

Located at 9760 West Bay Harbor Drive, Origin broke ground in April 2025 and is slated for completion in late 2026. The boutique seven-story development features residences ranging from 2,135 to 2,200 square feet, with prices between $3.8 million and $4.5 million. To date, 20 of the 27 residences have already been pre-sold, a testament to the project's unique market appeal.

Origin Residences was designed by Revuelta Architecture International, one of Miami's most respected architectural firms. In addition to Artefacto-curated interiors, the development will feature a suite of high-end amenities, including 10 private marina slips, a rooftop pool deck with a summer kitchen and bar, a club room, fitness center, coworking space, and a beautiful social lounge.
