The Sub-Fund aims to provide similar performance and levels of volatility as the benchmark over the medium to long-term before fees and expenses. The Sub-Fund aims to achieve its investment objective by gaining diversified exposure to securities with similar credit and maturity characteristics as that of the Bloomberg U.S. Corporate High Yield TR Index (the “Benchmark”) by primarily investing (i.e. meaning at least 80% of its Net Asset Value) in bonds.
