This sub-fund has sustainable investment as its objective and qualifies as product in accordance with article 8(1) of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (“SFDR”). While the sub-fund does not have as its objective a sustainable investment, it will invest a minimum proportion of its assets in sustainable investments as defined by article 2 (17) SFDR. The objective of the investment policy of the fund is to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing predominantly in large cap, global developed market equities that are considered undervalued according to the CROCI methodology and the CROCI World SDG investment strategy, and that are considered by the DWS Sustainability Office to be in a position to profit from present or future geopolitical, social and economic trends and themes which help to achieve the sustainable development goals of the UN as part of the Agenda 2030.
