The objective of the sub-fund is to achieve a long-term capital appreciation above the benchmark. As part of its promoted environmental and social characteristics, the sub-fund promotes a reduction of carbon emissions in view of achieving the long-term global warming objectives of the Paris Agreement adopted under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The sub-fund management applies the methodological requirements for a Climate Transition Benchmark as set out in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1818 to a considerable extent.
