The Sub-Fund’s investment objective is to achieve long-term growth through capital appreciation, by investing mainly in an actively managed portfolio of listed equities and participating actively in initial public offers IPO transactions in emerging market countries of Central and Eastern Europe.The Investment Manager will seek to achieve the Sub-Fund’s objective by investing up to 100% of its net assets in shares of companies that are traded on the stock exchanges of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (including, but not limited to, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia, Greece, Romania, Croatia, Estonia and Lithuania). The Sub-Fund may also invest in shares of
companies generating revenues in the region of Central and Eastern Europe traded on stock exchanges in other EU countries or non-EU Member States.
