The investment objective of the Fund is to seek long-term growth of capital with a focus on investing sustainably. The Fund invests in equity and equity-related securities of companies that, as determined by the Sub-Investment Manager at the time of investment, help advance (or are anticipated to help advance) one or more of the UN SDGs. In selecting investments, the Sub-Investment Manager undertakes proprietary research and the portfolio construction process is described below. The Fund follows a growth investment style and will normally invest in a relatively limited number of issuers. The Fund is an actively managed fund and, thus, does not seek to replicate the performance of a specified index.
